Job Title: Service Supervisor / Workshop Supervisor - Automobile
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to incoming customers, diagnose two-wheeler issues, and open official Job Cards.
- Allocate repair and maintenance tasks to the workshop mechanics efficiently.
- Perform strict Quality Checks (QC) on vehicles before final customer delivery.
- Explain service bills, technical repairs, and maintenance advice to customers.
- Resolve customer grievances regarding vehicle performance and delivery timelines.
- Maintain daily workshop data and service records.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Shahdara, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
