Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Kochi. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients, understand their real estate needs, and guide them through the property selection and transaction process. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and property discussions, coordinating site visits, and providing guidance on financial options and documentation. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, following up with clients to ensure a smooth experience, and collaborating with internal teams to align on inventory, pricing, and promotional offers. The Relationship Manager will be expected to achieve sales targets, provide market feedback, and represent the company with a high level of professionalism and customer focus.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand and match client needs to suitable properties.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients, including home seekers, investors, and NRIs.
- Ability to manage leads, maintain organized records, and use CRM or similar tools for tracking interactions and follow-ups.
- Sound understanding or strong interest in the real estate market, property trends, and basic financial concepts related to home loans and registrations.
- Proactive, target-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in real estate sales or relationship management is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Kochi, conduct field visits as needed, and work flexible hours, including weekends, based on client requirements.
