We are looking for an experience Weaving supervisor to oversee and manage weaving operations. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, supervising rapier loom operations, managing manpower and ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in weaving processes, fabric production, loom management and floor supervision.
· Supervise day to day weaving operations
· Monitor loom performance, machine efficiency and production output
· Ensure production schedules achieved as per planning requirement
· Manage operators, technicians and shop floor workforce
· Identify and resolve weaving defects and quality issues
· Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance
· Monitor weaving settings and fabric quality
· Reduce wastage and improve productivity through process optimization
· Maintain production records, shift reports and efficiency reports
· Ensure compliance with safety, quality and manufacturing standards
· Train and guide operators on best weaving practices
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
