Job Summary
Capminds is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Sales Freshers to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in sales and gain hands-on experience through structured training and real-time projects.
The primary focus will be on client interaction, lead generation, and converting prospects into customers in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with US-based clients via calls/emails
- Understand customer requirements and pitch services effectively
- Generate and qualify leads
- Convert leads into sales opportunities
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Update CRM and maintain accurate records
- Work on live projects under the guidance of senior team members
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Basic understanding of Sales/Marketing concepts (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
Soft Skills
- Good English communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
- Positive attitude and self-motivation
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- Must have own laptop
- Must know English
- Strong interest in Sales and client handling
- Willingness to work in US Shift
- Commitment to complete the full training period
Salary & Training Details
- Training Period: 3 Months (Unpaid)
- Training Timing: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM (Day Shift)
- Work Shift (Post Training): 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (US Shift)
- Post-Training Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on performance)
