- Lead and manage the overall security operations of the facility/site.
- Supervise Security Supervisors, Security Guards, CCTV Operators, and Fire Guards.
- Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and emergency response plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive security measures.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance, access control systems, and visitor management processes.
- Ensure proper deployment of security personnel across all shifts.
- Investigate security incidents, theft, accidents, and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency services whenever required.
- Conduct security drills, safety awareness programs, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and client security requirements.
- Monitor contractor and vendor security compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports and present them to management.
- Manage manpower planning, attendance, discipline, and performance of security staff.
Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
