Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Generate and qualify leads to expand the customer base.
- Conduct customer visits and meetings to understand requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and technical capabilities to prospective customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Attend product training programs and continuously update product knowledge.
- Submit periodic sales reports and updates to management.
- Track daily sales activities, including customer calls, visits, and new customer acquisitions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and project execution.
