The Online Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets. The role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to help grow the business. The Sales Executive must be self-driven, results-oriented, and adept at handling negotiations with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
● Communicate with international clients via chat platforms
● Present and promote company products/services professionally
● Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
● Convert chat interactions into successful sales outcomes
● Meet assigned performance targets and maintain accurate customer and chat records
● Ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards
