We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Nutritionist to join our team. In addition to providing dietary consultations and meal planning, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and data entry tasks as part of daily clinic operations. Key Responsibilities Nutrition & Clinical: Conduct patient assessments and prepare personalized diet plans Guide patients on weight management, skin health nutrition, and therapeutic diets Follow up with patients on progress and modify plans as needed Coordinate with dermatologists/doctors for integrated care Data Entry & Admin: Accurately enter patient details, consultation notes, and diet records into the system Maintain and update digital patient files regularly Prepare reports and diet summaries as required Handle appointment scheduling and follow-up tracking
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
