Marketing Manager (Strikeyard)
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives across Strikeyard's brand portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage marketing campaigns, and drive brand growth across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Campaign Planning
● Assist in developing annual and monthly marketing plans across brand portfolios.
● Manage a monthly marketing budget and oversee campaign execution across performance marketing, SEO, social media, loyalty programs, referral programs, online sales, marketing events, brand & government partnerships, marketing automation, CRM, PR, and collaborations.
● Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives.
Team Coordination & Leadership
● In this role, one is expected to effectively coordinate wth various PoCs and stakeholders both internal and external to the company who may be based remotely and in other time zones.
● Supervise and guide Marketing Executives in daily activities and project execution.
● Ensure alignment between senior management objectives and on-ground implementation.
● Review work outputs from team members to maintain quality and brand consistency.
Cross-Channel Marketing Management
● Oversee digital marketing activities including broadcasting, SEO, paid media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and social media content planning.
● Support loyalty and referral program strategy and implementation.
● Ensure PR activities, award submissions, and brand partnerships are executed smoothly.
Reporting & Analysis
● Review performance reports submitted by executives, ensuring insights are actionable and aligned with business KPIs.
● Present monthly marketing performance summaries to senior management.
● Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
Brand Governance
● Maintain consistent brand identity across campaigns, touchpoints, and communication channels.
● Ensure all marketing material adheres to guidelines and quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
● Experience working with remote teams, and for stakeholders in the USA.
● 5–8 years of marketing experience, including at least 3–4 years in the USA (or for B2C clients in the USA) and 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
● Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, digital tools, and brand management.
● Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
