Primary Responsibilities:
- Anticipating guest needs and building rapport.
- Providing information about amenities, areas, and venues.
- Upselling all services and products.
- Promoting services, and maintaining hygiene standards in all
- Areas of operations.
- Addressing guest complaints and escalating to Sr. Guest Relation
- Executive if necessary.
- Ensuring adherence to the standard operating procedures for
- Handling guests on a daily basis.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by quickly responding to their
- Requirements and providing service whenever necessary.
- Having full knowledge of all the products being sold and
- Confidently providing descriptions to guests.
- Attending special guests with extra care(Senior citizens/physically challenged).
- Offer assistance to other operational teams whenever required.
Skills & Abilities:
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude.
- Time management and good listening skills.
- Good convincing skill.
- Follow daily briefing, grooming and hygiene standards.
- Basic analytical skills that allows one to solve work-related issues.
Additional expectations :
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- High school diploma or Graduation.
- Experience in handling cash.
