Role Overview
We are looking for someone who can manage daily shipping operations, coordinate with logistics partners like Shiprocket and Delhivery, and ensure smooth order dispatch and delivery.
You will be responsible for booking shipments, tracking orders, solving courier issues, and maintaining TAT.
Key Responsibilities
- Book shipments on Shiprocket and Delhivery panel
- Coordinate pickups and ensure timely dispatch
- Track shipments and resolve delivery delays
- Handle RTO cases and re-dispatch
- Coordinate with warehouse team for packaging readiness
- Communicate with courier partners for escalations
- Maintain shipping reports and performance data
- Ensure correct AWB generation and label printing
- Reduce shipping errors and improve delivery success rate
Requirements
