Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Identify Hiring Needs: Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements across Sales, Leasing, Property Management, and Corporate functions.
- Source Candidates: Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and specialized real estate job boards.
- Evaluate Talent: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and assess candidates for both technical competencies and cultural fit.
Interview Management & Hiring
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and manage interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and gather interview feedback in a timely manner.
- Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and address candidate queries related to compensation and benefits.
- Compliance & Verification: Conduct background checks and reference verifications while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Onboarding & Employer Branding
- Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Employer Branding: Represent and promote the company’s employer brand through career fairs, networking events, social media, and other talent attraction initiatives.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment data, and hiring metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources (HR) is mandatory.
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Candidates with a proven track record of onboarding 10–15 employees per month will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
