## About the Role
We are looking for experienced **Area Sales Managers (ASM)** to drive business growth for the **Home Loans DST (Direct Sales Team) Channel** across **Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Gurugram, and Kolkata**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the DST network, managing channel partners, and driving business through DSAs, distributors, brokers, connectors, and other sourcing channels. This is primarily a field-based role requiring strong market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in Home Loan sales.

## Key Responsibilities
### Sales & Business Development
* Achieve assigned home loan sales targets within the allocated territory.
* Generate quality business through the DST channel.
* Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement.
* Ensure timely processing of home loan applications to maximize conversions.
### Channel Partner Management
* Build, develop, and maintain relationships with DSAs, brokers, connectors, and referral partners.
* Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand business opportunities.
* Conduct regular partner meetings, training sessions, and business reviews.
* Monitor partner productivity and drive consistent business performance.
### Market Development
* Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
* Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
* Develop local sales strategies to maximize business generation.
### Customer Relationship Management
* Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the loan journey.
* Support channel partners in resolving customer queries.
* Build long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
### Sales Reporting & Performance Management
* Track daily sales activities and business pipeline.
* Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates.
* Analyze business trends and recommend strategies for improvement.
### Cross-Functional Coordination
* Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Underwriting, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
* Support promotional campaigns and business development initiatives.
### Compliance & Documentation
* Ensure all sourced cases comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
* Maintain documentation accuracy and process adherence.
* Minimize operational and compliance risks.

## Candidate Requirements
### Experience
* Minimum **5 years of experience** in Home Loans, Mortgage Sales, LAP, or Financial Services.
* Mandatory experience in the **DST (Direct Sales Team/Distribution Sales) Channel**.
* Strong experience in channel partner management and business development.
### Business Achievement
Candidates should have demonstrated:
* **₹7 Crore+ annual business** if managing a sales team, **OR**
* **₹2–3 Crore annual business** in an Individual Contributor (IC) role.
### Education
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
* MBA will be an added advantage.
### Skills Required
* Strong knowledge of Home Loan products and lending processes.
* Excellent relationship management and channel development skills.
* Proven sales, negotiation, and business development capabilities.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
