Job Description:
Studio TreeSpace is looking for a talented Associate Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in architectural design and execution, with proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in design development, including conceptualization and detailing of architectural projects.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings and presentations using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Conduct site audits to ensure design intent is maintained and coordinate with contractors for execution.
- Collaborate with the team on material selection, construction detailing, and project coordination.
- Work on permit drawings, working drawings, and documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 2-3 years of professional experience.
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and design documentation.
- Experience in site audits and coordination with contractors and consultants.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
