Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Visa Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in Tourist and Student visa services for major destinations including Australia, UK, New Zealand, USA, and Schengen/Europe countries.
The role requires handling the entire visa application process end-to-end — from initial client counseling to final submission and follow-up. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance, ensuring high-quality documentation, and delivering excellent client service to maximize visa approval rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Counseling & Profile Assessment: Interview and assess clients’ profiles, educational background, work experience, and financial status to determine eligibility and recommend the most suitable tourist or study visa options.
- End-to-End Application Management: Manage the complete visa process independently — including document checklist preparation, form filling, document drafting, editing, and final verification to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, visa rules, and procedural changes for Australia, UK, New Zealand, USA, and Schengen countries.
- Documentation & File Preparation: Review, organize, and prepare all supporting documents, cover letters, Statements of Purpose (SOPs), and financial proofs as per embassy requirements.
- Liaison with Embassies & Authorities: Coordinate with embassies, consulates, Visa Application Centres (VACs), and immigration authorities for application submission, queries, and additional document requests.
- Sales & Client Conversion: Convert inquiries into paid clients by providing transparent and professional counseling. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Application Tracking & Follow-up: Monitor application status, provide regular updates to clients, and handle all post-submission communication until a final decision is received.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in visa consultancy, immigration services, or student/tourist visa processing.
- Country Expertise: Strong, up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements for Australia, UK, New Zealand, USA, and Schengen/Europe.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy and precision while handling legal documents to minimize rejection risks.
- Other Skills: Good interpersonal skills, client-handling ability, time management, and basic computer proficiency (MS Office + Google Workspace).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
