Job Title: QA Automation Engineer & QA Lead (Playwright)

Open Positions :-
1. QA Automation Engineer
- 6+ years of overall QA Automation experience
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
- Functional & Regression Testing
- Web Application Testing
- API Testing using Postman/Swagger
- Test Case Design & Execution
- Defect Tracking using Jira/Azure DevOps
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile Methodologies
- CI/CD exposure is a plus
2. QA Lead
- 10+ years of overall QA/Automation experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Playwright
- Experience leading QA teams and driving automation initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA Automation Engineers, Manual Testers, and QA Leads.
- Drive adoption of an automation-first testing strategy using modern frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Establish and enforce QA standards, processes, and best practices across multiple product teams.
- Own QA operational metrics including automation coverage, defect escape rate, test execution velocity, and release readiness.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
- Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Promote and implement AI-assisted testing practices to improve productivity and testing efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, resource planning, capacity management, and QA delivery execution.
- Drive accessibility, performance, functional, integration, and regression testing initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement through coaching, process optimization, and quality governance.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
