We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive who can drive measurable business growth through digital marketing strategies, lead generation, and performance optimization.
Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Executive to help grow our service businesses through digital marketing and lead generation.
What You'll Do
- Drive lead generation through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO & Social Media.
- Plan and execute high-performing marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with agencies for graphic design, video production, video editing, and AI-generated videos.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook.
- Track and improve KPIs like CPL, ROI, website traffic, and conversions.
- Explore and implement new growth strategies and marketing channels.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of SEO, content marketing, and analytics.
- Ability to demonstrate campaign results and lead generation performance.
- Fast execution mindset with a data-driven approach.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
