About Learner Circle
Learner Circle is a creative education and publishing startup that helps children become published authors. We work on picture books, storybooks, poetry collections, and anthologies created by young writers from around the world.
Our illustration team plays a key role in turning children’s stories into beautifully designed books using modern AI tools and strong visual thinking.
Role Overview
We are looking for Illustration Interns who are excited about design, visuals, and experimentation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating book covers, wrappers, and picture-book illustrations using AI tools + design sense.
No prior publishing experience is required.
Attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn matter more than tools you already know.
Key Responsibilities
- Design book covers, wrappers, and inner illustrations using AI tools
- Create picture-book style illustrations based on story briefs
- Convert written story ideas into visual scenes
- Experiment with AI prompts to achieve consistent characters and styles
- Work with editors and coordinators to align visuals with stories
- Make revisions based on feedback and quality checks
- Being a startup, roles may evolve. A positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to pitch in across initiatives are essential.

Students, freshers, self-taught designers, and career switchers are welcome.
Skills (Good to Have, Not Mandatory)
- Basic design sense (layout, colours, composition)
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Midjourney, DALL·E, Leonardo AI, etc.
- Interest in children’s books or creative publishing
We will train you on our process, quality standards, and AI workflows.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,500.00 per month
