Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign planning, execution, optimization, conversion tracking, reporting, and lead generation strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads Management
- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including:
- Search Ads
- Display Ads
- Performance Max Campaigns
- YouTube Ads
- App Promotion Campaigns
- Remarketing Campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Improve Quality Score, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies.
Meta Ads Management
- Create and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Develop audience targeting strategies using custom, lookalike, and interest-based audiences.
- Execute lead generation, website traffic, conversion, and e-commerce campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
Other Advertising Platforms
- Manage LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation campaigns.
- Experience with TikTok Ads and X (Twitter) Ads is an added advantage.
- Explore new advertising opportunities and growth channels.
Analytics & Tracking
- Implement and manage:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion API (CAPI)
- Google Conversion Tracking
- Track campaign performance and customer journeys.
- Generate actionable insights through analytics and reporting.
Reporting & Optimization
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze campaign metrics and recommend improvements.
- Monitor KPIs such as:
- CPL
- CPA
- ROAS
- CTR
- Conversion Rate
- Lead Quality
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, audiences, and ad copies.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and video content.
- Work closely with SEO, social media, and web development teams.
- Participate in client meetings and strategy discussions when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of lead generation and e-commerce marketing.
- Experience with Performance Max campaigns.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Google Ads Certification preferred.
- Meta Blueprint Certification preferred.
- Experience working with international clients (UAE, USA, Australia, UK) is a plus.
