We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Implementation Engineer & Digital Marketing Executive who is eager to learn, interact with customers, support software deployments, and contribute to business growth through digital marketing initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute LIMS software implementation projects.
- Configure application settings based on customer requirements.
- Conduct software demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and user training.
- Assist customers during deployment, testing, and go-live activities.
- Gather customer requirements and communicate them to the development team.
- Provide first-level technical support and issue tracking.
- Prepare implementation documents, user manuals, and training materials.
- Work closely with development and support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff, doctors, and healthcare professionals during implementation.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for software products and training programs.
- Manage and grow social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content including posts, banners, videos, reels, and promotional materials.
- Support SEO activities and website content optimization.
- Assist in lead generation campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing.
- Track and analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Coordinate with sales and design teams to improve brand visibility and lead conversion.
- Support branding and promotional activities for company products and services.
Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and social media platforms.
- Ability to interact confidently with customers and understand business requirements.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, implementation activities, and training sessions when required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil is preferred.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of LIMS, ERP, CRM, Hospital Management Systems, or Healthcare Software.
- Experience with Canva, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or SEO tools.
- Video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Content writing and social media management experience.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and marketing tools.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (B.Sc., BCA, B.E., B.Tech., B.Com., MBA, or equivalent).
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
