.Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Campaign Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize high-performing marketing campaigns while creating compelling posters and visual content. The ideal candidate will combine analytical campaign skills with strong design creativity to boost student engagement, leads, and admissions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute high-conversion digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.)
- Develop targeted campaigns for:
- Student admissions
- Courses/program promotions
- Events, webinars, and workshops
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI and lead generation
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, headlines, and targeting
2. Creative Design & Poster Making
- Design engaging posters, banners, and social media creatives for campaigns
- Create visually appealing:
- Admission posters
- Event promotions
- Course highlights
- Brand awareness creatives
- Maintain consistency with institutional branding guidelines
- Collaborate with the content team to align visuals with messaging
3. Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Plan monthly content calendars
- Execute paid + organic campaigns
- Track engagement metrics and improve performance
4. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Generate quality leads through digital campaigns
- Optimize landing pages and ad funnels
- Work closely with admissions team to improve conversion rates
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs: CPL (Cost per Lead), CTR, conversions, ROI
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Suggest improvements based on data insights.
6. Content Collaboration
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to create campaign ideas
- Assist in writing ad copies, captions, and campaign messaging
Required Skills & QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field
Experience
- 2–5 years in digital marketing (Education / Health care / Marketing sector preferred)
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (for poster design)
- Knowledge of:
- SEO/SEM basics
- Email marketing tools
- CRM tools (preferred)
Creative Skills
- Strong eye for design, layout, and typography
- Ability to create high-converting ad creatives
- Understanding of current design and social media trends
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
