Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote and expand our mattress business across Kollam and Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting furniture dealers, building strong business relationships, generating orders, and increasing brand presence in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit furniture showrooms and dealers across Kollam and Thiruvananthapuram.
- Introduce and promote the company's mattress product range.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with furniture dealers and distributors.
- Generate new business opportunities and secure orders from dealers.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing dealers to ensure repeat business.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare daily visit reports and update sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, marketing, or dealer management.
- Experience in the furniture, mattress, home furnishing, building materials, or related industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications for reporting.
