Job Description
We are seeking a confident and motivated Telecaller Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Explain company services and offers to prospects.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, or callbacks.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Meet daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 10th/12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience.
- Knowledge of CRM software.
- Basic understanding of sales and lead generation.
