Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for feedback, promotions, inquiries, and customer engagement activities.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers at all times.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Record customer interactions and update relevant information accurately.
- Follow up with customers as required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and queries.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in:
- English
- Hindi
- Bengali
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to persuade and engage customers professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
