- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell.
- Experience in scripting and automation to streamline support tasks and improve system management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to proactively detect and address system anomalies.
- Ability to work with various operating systems and understand application dependencies.
