Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing a variety of dishes across multiple cuisines, ensuring high food quality standards, and supporting overall kitchen operations to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Indian, Continental, Chinese, and other cuisine dishes as per menu requirements
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, quality, and portion control
- Manage food preparation, cooking, and plating activities
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and kitchen supplies
- Assist in menu planning and recipe standardization
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of multiple cuisines and cooking techniques
- Ability to handle different kitchen sections independently
- Expertise in food presentation and quality control
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Teamwork and kitchen coordination skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts preferred
- 3–8 years of experience in multi-cuisine kitchen operations
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or fine-dining establishments
- Knowledge of Indian, Continental, Chinese, Tandoor, and fast-food preparations
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
