Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage operations across diagnostic services and pharmacy sales.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, stock control, and supply chain operations.
- Drive sales operations by supporting target achievement, territory planning, and process improvements.
- Manage budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate team members to build a high-performing workforce.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve service quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, diagnostic centers, hospitals, suppliers, and business partners.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, cost optimization, and business expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- 7–10+ years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical sales operations, including leadership experience.
- Proven track record of managing multi-site or multi-functional operations.
- Strong understanding of diagnostic laboratory workflows, pharmacy operations, and healthcare regulations.

Pay: ₹21,506.49 - ₹98,418.61 per month
