About Curry and Hops
Curry & Hops is a premium brewery and multi-cuisine restaurant in Aerocity, Mohali, known for exceptional food, craft beverages, and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and create an outstanding beverage program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar.
- Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and bar staff.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high service standards.
- Develop and maintain cocktail, mocktail, and beverage menus.
- Monitor liquor, beer, wine, and bar inventory to minimize waste and control costs.
- Place beverage orders and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, and company policies.
- Monitor bar sales, profitability, and beverage cost.
- Plan and execute happy hours, promotions, themed nights, and special events.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the bar.
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports and analyze sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years of overall experience in bar operations, with at least 3–5 years in a Bar Manager role in a premium restaurant, brewery, or lounge.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and mixology.
- Experience managing inventory, beverage costs, and bar operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
