Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Utilize job boards, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and social media to find and engage active and passive candidates. [1, 2]
- Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit. [1, 2]
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and provide feedback throughout the process. [1, 2]
- Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and handle pre-employment checks (e.g., background and references). [1, 2]
- Onboarding: Facilitate the orientation process and ensure new hires complete all required joining paperwork. [1, 2]
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting.
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
