**Compensation:** 25000-40000 per month + Performance Incentives
About the Role
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling residential and commercial property generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping buyers, investors, and businesses find the right property solutions.
### Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
* Identify and engage prospective buyers, investors, landlords, and tenants.
* Conduct property viewings and presentations for residential and commercial properties.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
* Negotiate sales and lease agreements to achieve successful transactions.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
* Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing, and inventory.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and transactions using CRM systems.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
### Requirements
* Previous experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or a related sales role preferred.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
* Knowledge of residential and commercial real estate markets is an advantage.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Preferred Skills
* Experience working with investors, commercial clients, or property developers.
* Social media marketing and lead generation experience.
* Strong local market knowledge.
