Position: Senior Engineer – Automation
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage breakdowns and troubleshooting of automated machines to minimize production downtime
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA for recurring issues
- Drive automation improvements, innovation initiatives, and cost-saving projects
- Troubleshoot vision systems and optimize machine performance
- Ensure audit compliance and maintain maintenance documentation
- Lead shift manpower management and mentor junior engineers and technicians
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams
What We're Looking For:
✔ Diploma/ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
✔ 4+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation within a manufacturing environment
✔ Strong expertise in mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and pneumatic circuits
✔ Experience with vision systems and automation equipment
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
✔ Leadership capabilities and ability to perform in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred:
- Experience in Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Pharma, or other regulated industries
- Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, actuators, and industrial automation tools
- Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies
