Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer to manage cost estimation, billing processes, and financial control for real estate projects in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate billing, cost efficiency, and compliance with project contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ and detailed cost estimates from drawings
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis
- Prepare and verify RA bills, client bills, and subcontractor bills
- Maintain measurement sheets and billing records
- Monitor project budgets and control costs
- Handle contract documentation, variations, and claims
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and consultants
- Track project progress and validate work quantities
- Prepare MIS, cost reports, and cash flow statements
Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction
- Strong knowledge of billing, estimation, and QS practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing software
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential or commercial real estate projects
- Exposure to high-rise construction projects
- Familiarity with contracts and tendering processes
