Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Trainee to join our team for field sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for promoting aluminium products, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships in the Pune market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to identify and approach potential customers
- Promote and explain company aluminium products to clients
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, and clients
- Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress regularly
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Maintain daily reports of visits and sales activities
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
