About the Role
We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and presentable Receptionist to be the face of our company. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional first impression of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Manage the front desk and maintain a neat, organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and deliveries
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
- Assist the HR team with basic administrative tasks (documentation, data entry, coordination for interviews, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and files using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
- Handle basic email correspondence and follow-ups
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduation (any stream) – Mandatory
- Language: Fluent in spoken and written English – Must
- Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Computer Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and general computer operations – Must
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
Preferred (Plus Points)
- Prior experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive / HR Receptionist
- Familiarity with HR administrative processes
Working Days & Hours
- Monday to Friday: Full working days
- Saturday: Half day
- Sunday: Weekly off (Holiday)
