Social Media Executive
Role Objective
We are looking for a Senior Brand Executive who will support the Senior Brand Manager in executing brand strategies, managing day-to-day client communication, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of all brand mandates. This role is for someone who is ready to move beyond basic coordination and take ownership of execution quality.
Key Responsibilities
1️ Brand Execution & Campaign Support
Execute campaign plans, content calendars, and GTM activities as defined by the Senior Brand Manager
Translate briefs into clear tasks for:
Creative team
Digital team
Video team
Ensure brand guidelines and tone are followed across all outputs
Support in campaign rollouts, launches, and ongoing brand activities
2️ Client Coordination & Communication
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned brands
Manage:
Client calls
Feedback loops
Follow-ups
Share:
Deliverables
Timelines
Status updates
Escalate risks and delays proactively to the Senior Brand Manager
3️ Creative Briefing & Quality Control
Prepare clear briefs for designers, copywriters, and video editors
Review creatives for:
Brand consistency
Messaging clarity
Visual quality
Platform suitability
Ensure revisions are implemented correctly before client sharing
4️ Workflow & Project Management
Track:
Timelines
Deliverables
Revisions
Maintain project trackers and content calendars
Ensure approvals and sign-offs are documented
Keep folders and assets organised
5️ Strategy Support & Research
Support Senior Brand Manager in:
Market research
Competitor analysis
Deck preparation
Bring in references, examples, and insights for campaigns
Track competitor brand activity and content formats
6️ Team Support & Mentoring (If applicable)
Guide junior brand executives / interns on:
Process
Brand basics
Client communication etiquette
Review their work before escalation to the Brand Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
