- Appointment Scheduling: Book appointments for patients for in-center visits or home sample collection.
- Pre-Test Counseling: Educate patients on test preparations, such as fasting hours, diet restrictions, and required documentation.
- Report Delivery: Coordinate with the lab team to relay test results over the phone and send electronic or physical copies to patients.
- Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Call existing and prospective clients to promote preventive health checkups and annual health packages.
- Query Resolution: Address patient complaints, handle pricing queries, and provide location or billing information with empathy.
- Data Maintenance: Accurately log call details, patient demographics, and medical history into the Diagnostic Laboratory Information System (LIS). [1, 2, 3, 4]
