We are seeking a smart, professional, and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to manage front office operations and ensure excellent customer service experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, managing front desk activities, coordinating inquiries, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Management
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and visitors professionally.
- Handle front desk and reception activities.
- Attend incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Manage appointments, visitor records, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Coordinate meetings and visitor arrangements.
Customer Handling & Relationship Management
- Interact with customers and provide information regarding company services/products.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Administrative & Coordination Duties
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer service operations.
- Maintain customer databases and records accurately.
- Prepare daily reports and update management regarding customer interactions.
- Support administrative tasks related to front office operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior experience in front office, customer service, or reception is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
