We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes as per standard recipes, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. The role involves maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, monitoring stock levels, minimizing wastage, and supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of cooking techniques, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and good teamwork and communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
