Job Description:
We are seeking a talented QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a 4-5 years of experience in software testing, with experience in web and mobile testing. The candidate should be proficient in API testing with Postman and have hands-on experience in databases like SQL. The candidate should also have good project and domain knowledge and very good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop test designs for verification and validation of product functionality through manual tests.
- Write and execute functional and regression test cases for multiple projects to ensure software is in compliance with specifications.
- Ability to track defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the quality of solutions and continuous improvement.
- Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and improve software tests and overall quality.
- Demonstrated ability to focus on and take ownership of both personal and team results, like deadlines, goal-setting, and process improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in software testing, with experience in web and mobile testing.
- Hands-on experience in API testing with Postman.
- Good knowledge of databases like SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile is a plus.
