Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Radiographer to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, and other radiographic examinations while ensuring patient comfort and safety. The Radiographer will work closely with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to deliver accurate imaging results for diagnosis and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray, CT, and other radiographic examinations.
- Prepare and position patients correctly for imaging procedures.
- Explain procedures to patients and address concerns to ensure comfort and cooperation.
- Operate radiographic equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure high-quality diagnostic images are produced according to established standards.
- Follow radiation safety and infection control protocols to protect patients and staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Collaborate with radiologists and physicians for timely diagnosis and reporting.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance issues when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the radiology department.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Radiology or Medical Imaging Technology.
- Valid radiography license or registration as per local regulations.
- Minimum [1–3] years of experience in diagnostic imaging preferred.
- Knowledge of radiographic procedures, radiation safety, and patient care.
- Ability to operate X-ray, CT, and related imaging equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Work Location
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
