Job Description – Full Stack Developer (2–4 Years Experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and AI-forward Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in modern JavaScript technologies and emerging AI workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, http://Next.js, and http://Node.js, along with experience in building responsive web applications, hybrid mobile apps, and AI-powered features. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, high-performance applications while leveraging AI agents, Docker, and Vibe Coding practices to accelerate development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web and hybrid mobile applications.
2. Build responsive user interfaces using React.js and http://Next.js.
3. Develop robust backend APIs and server-side applications using Node.js.
4. Design and integrate AI agents/LLM workflows into products for automation, chat, and smart features.
5. Use Vibe Coding and AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar to boost productivity and code quality.
6. Containerize applications using Docker for consistent development, testing, and deployment.
7. Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and AI model APIs.
8. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
9. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers in an agile setup.
10. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards.
11. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
12. Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical/architecture discussions.
13. Stay updated with the latest technologies, AI trends, and development best practices.
Mandatory Skills
1. 2–4 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
2. Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js.
3. Experience in Hybrid Mobile Application Development using React Native.
4. Hands-on experience with Node.js and http://Express.js.
5. Practical knowledge of Docker for containerization and local development.
6. Exposure to AI agents, LLM integrations, or building AI-powered features.
7. Familiarity with Vibe Coding practices & AI-assisted dev tools like Copilot, Cursor, Codeium.
8. Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
9. Experience with REST APIs, API integration, and webhooks.
10. Knowledge of Git/GitHub or other version control systems.
11. Understanding of authentication, authorization, and web security best practices.
12. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
1. Knowledge of MySQL and/or PostgreSQL databases.
2. Understanding of database design and writing optimized SQL queries.
3. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud deployment.
4. Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - especially deploying containerized apps.
5. Experience with vector databases, LangChain, or AI orchestration frameworks is a plus.
6. Knowledge of WebSockets, Redis, or message queues.
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

5. Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to ship faster without compromising quality.
