Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support AI-driven initiatives across our Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and impactful technology solutions. This role requires strong expertise in GTM processes, Salesforce ecosystem, business analysis, and emerging AI-powered solutions.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in Business Analysis within Sales/GTM functions.
- Deep understanding of GTM processes and operations in an Enterprise SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and related GTM applications.
- Expertise in Requirements Gathering, Business Process Analysis, and Documentation.
- Experience creating and managing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Backlogs in Jira.
- Strong Stakeholder Management and communication skills with business and technical teams.
- Experience bridging business requirements with IT delivery teams from concept through implementation.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions and identifying business use cases for AI adoption.
- Understanding of Enterprise Security, Data Governance, Integrations, and Data Management principles.
- Ability to support solution design and collaborate with architects and developers.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Low-Code/No-Code Platforms (Power Platform, AppSheet, Salesforce Flow, etc.).
- Exposure to AI-enabled productivity and automation tools.
- Product Management or Product Ownership experience.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with SaaS business models and revenue operations.
- Familiarity with API integrations and enterprise application ecosystems.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, GTM, Operations, and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and functional requirements.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve business processes and productivity.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and product teams to design scalable solutions.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution reviews.
- Support testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment readiness.
- Drive adherence to governance, security, compliance, and data management standards.
- Monitor solution adoption and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
