Job Summary
Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility Centre is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide quality nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent patient care skills, maintain clinical standards, and work effectively with doctors and the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to IVF and gynecology patients.
- Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and fertility treatments.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and minor procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and maintain accurate nursing records.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
- Ensure proper infection control and maintain clinical hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, and other departments for seamless patient care.
- Maintain inventory of nursing supplies and medical equipment.
- Deliver compassionate care while ensuring patient comfort and confidentiality.
Requirements
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- 1–5 years of nursing experience (IVF/Fertility/Gynecology experience is an added advantage).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
