We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our e-commerce team. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding sellers, building relationships with clients, increasing sales opportunities, and expanding business growth through field visits and market research. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, strong communication skills, and knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential clients, sellers, and vendors to generate business opportunities.
- Onboard new sellers and brands on e-commerce platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and merchants.
- Explain e-commerce services, marketplace benefits, and onboarding processes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct market visits to identify potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seller onboarding and account activation.
- Maintain daily reports of visits, meetings, and sales activities.
- Resolve client queries and provide post-sales support.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and online business processes.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to travel locally for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
