Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
- Manage offer rollouts and onboarding formalities.
Payroll & HR Operations
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll data.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and labor laws.
- Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and MIS reports.
- Handle employee documentation, joining formalities, and HR records.
- Address employee queries related to salary, attendance, and HR policies.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
