About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of hardware products, including tools and fasteners. This is a field sales role covering Chandigarh and nearby areas. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retailers, hardware shops, contractors, and potential clients to promote and sell hardware products (tools, fasteners, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and shop owners
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Explain product features and benefits confidently to customers
- Collect orders, follow up on payments, and maintain basic sales records
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven attitude
- Prior sales experience preferred but NOT mandatory — freshers can apply
- Comfortable with full-time field work (traveling within Chandigarh & nearby areas)
- Two-wheeler preferred (for field visits)
- Basic knowledge of hardware/tools is a plus (not compulsory)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
