Job Purpose
To support production operations by developing, maintaining, and analyzing Management Information System (MIS) reports, dashboards, and data analytics. The role will ensure accurate production data management, report automation, and timely information availability for decision-making across manufacturing functions.
Key Responsibilities
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production MIS reports.
- Generate and maintain production dashboards and KPI trackers.
- Analyze production data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Develop automated reports using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or ERP systems.
Data Management
- Collect, validate, and consolidate data from production departments.
- Monitor production performance metrics such as output, efficiency, rejection, downtime, and productivity.
- Maintain production databases and historical records.
- Support data migration and master data management activities.
ERP & System Support
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Stores teams for data requirements.
- Support ERP transactions and report generation.
- Assist in implementation and enhancement of digital manufacturing systems.
- Troubleshoot MIS-related issues and provide user support.
Dashboard & Analytics
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Conduct trend analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
- Prepare management presentations and analytical reports.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain documentation related to MIS processes and reports.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of business data.
- Follow company policies, IT standards, and data governance practices.
Required Skills
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros).
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Experience working with ERP systems (Infor LN, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Automobile, Bus Body Building, Fabrication, Engineering, or Manufacturing Industry.
- Exposure to Production Planning, Shop Floor Reporting, and Manufacturing KPIs.
- Knowledge of database management and report automation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
