Business & Strategy:
- Support the top management in formulating and executing business strategy for growth and profitability.
- Identify new market opportunities and product lines to expand business.
- Track performance metrics, KPIs, and financial outcomes, and take corrective actions.
Sales & Revenue:
- Drive sales growth across B2C (online) and B2B (dealers, institutional) segments.
- Set regional and team sales targets and monitor progress.
- Guide sales and marketing teams in achieving revenue goals through structured plans.
Operations & Process Management:
- Supervise end-to-end operations — from lead management to order dispatch, installation, and service.
- Implement SOPs, process automation, and workflow improvements for efficiency.
- Ensure inter-departmental coordination (sales, operations, accounts, logistics, HR).
People & Leadership:
- Lead a multi-functional team of managers and executives.
- Establish performance-driven culture through clear KRAs, reviews, and mentoring.
- Support HR in hiring, training, and developing team members.
