Garg Realty Group is looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing real estate sales team.
Position
Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 1+ year in Real Estate Sales preferred
Salary: Competitive + Attractive Incentives
Working Hours: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, follow-ups and networking.
- Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Negotiate and convert qualified prospects into successful bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the company's system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to handle follow-ups professionally and consistently.
- Good understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market will be an advantage.
