Job Description
Lohia Jain Group is looking for a smart, confident, and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, and providing information about our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about company projects and services.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up with prospective clients and schedule site visits.
- Maintain polite and professional communication with clients.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer support will be preferred (Freshers can also apply).
